There are so many flavours available for sponges that the list is limited only by your imagination and I make a mean ‘boozy’ fruit cake which is perfect for any celebration or event.  Cakes don’t have to be square or round, they come in many different shapes and sizes from cupcakes and cake pops to Temari style cakes and multi tiered cakes; again your cake design is limited only by your imagination!!

High quality ingredients are used and I always dedicate time and attention to all the details both before making and whilst decorating. To assist in this I offer a 1hr free, no obligation, consultation to discuss your requirements and ideas and, when you engage me to make your cake, I will keep in regular contact with you to ensure that your expectations are fully managed.
